Shipping & Delivery Policy

Australian Deliveries Only:

At this stage we only deliver within Australia.


We do not charge a handling fee. We simply pass on the cost of an Express Post parcel from Australia Post ( $13 ). We use this service so we can track your items and make sure they arrive on time. Bulky items may incur an extra charge. This will be clearly stated in the description of the product and the total postage amount will be shown as a separate charge in the checkout.


Orders are dispached within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1 - 4 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Out of stock items:

Our website does not allow purchasing of out of stock items, please contact the store directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Customer Service Policy:

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 5 business days. Pty Ltd is commited to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We have chosen to show our quantity of stock on hand clearly on each item. This stock level is updated every couple of minutes from our store. We endeavour to make sure all quantities shown are accurate.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 2 - 6 business days. In the event that an item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund Policy:

Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
